We offer a free trial (3 migrations, unlimited rollbacks) so you can test ExtBridge before purchasing. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind."
However, we stand by our product. If the software fails to work on your device or encounters a technical error that our support team cannot resolve, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used for purchase.
Refunds are processed by our payment partner. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated, and you must uninstall the software from your devices.
